nder the supervision of Dr. Zaheda Khanam has been organizing various programs with the aim of motivating students and nurturing their creative and efficient minds. On the auspicious occasion of Teachers’ Day, one such unique initiative, umbrella decoration competition was held, which gave students an opportunity to think out of the ordinary and express their creativity. Participants of all age groups participated in this program. The program took place on September 5, 2024 from 2 pm to 4 pm at Khanam Art Gallery. Director of Khanam Art Gallery Dr. Zaheda Khanam and guests awarded the winning children. Special guest and jury included outgoing executive member State Lalit Kala Academy, Culture Ministry, Uttar Pradesh, renowned artist Ravindra Kushwaha and senior artist Talat Mahmood and artist Sadma Wasi. In the beginning, the guests were honoured with bouquets. The programme was conducted by Talat Mahmood. A large number of contestants, children and guardians were present and enjoyed the picnic party organised by the gallery.
